SGG Management buyout
SGG management team is proud to announce the takeover of the SGG group. The entire management of SGG and its subsidiary, Fiduciaire François Winandy, has participated in the buyout.
BIP Investment Partners has provided equity and mezzanine finance to facilitate the management buyout.
Carlo Schlesser and Serge Krancenblum, both CEO of SGG, see an auspicious future for the group: “This further strengthens the cohesion of the group which will now continue its development as an independent entity.” They add: “This was a complex deal, which had to accommodate the needs of the management team, the vendor, BIP, authorities, and banks in a demanding time frame.
